Easy to navigate the website to find parts, easy checkout. You should not have to create an account, I purchased this same part from applianceparts365 in March of 2019, price of this same part then was $55.29, it's almost doubled in 6 years.

About $11 to ship an $8 part was a little too much IMO. It would have come faster and for the same price with FedEx or UPS. The part was correct after looking for hours to find it because the parts diagram from anyone did not show the part. Happy to have it fixed.
